Our company proposes a cooperation on placing of the investments in Ukraine to:

• Private investors and investment companies.
• Foreign enterprises that are interested in organization and placing (outsorting) of their production in Ukraine.

The order of the interaction with private investors and investment companies: at the first contact our experts will define the Investor's conditions of the investment placing, the list of the spheres preferred by the Investor (producing, recycling, service sphere) and estimates the investment proposition. After that we send this proposition to the interested clients and make an operative monitoring of the propositions we receive. In the case of finding some potential receivers of the investments we come to agreement with the positions of the sides and accompany the investor in the process of his investing.

Also if the potentional Investor gets interested we can carry out the analysis of the Ukrainian market for the purpose of investment perspectives and do any consultation services in the sphere of legislation etc.

The order of the interaction with foreign companies that would like to place their production in Ukraine:

In the case of if the Customer would like to create some production in Ukraine and he doesn't need a partner in Ukraine we can propose him all the spectrum of our services on Business Creation (look the "Business Creation" chapter).

If the Customer is interested in the creation of an enterprise together with a Ukrainian partner (Joint Enterprise) our company can also propose the following decision:

Among our clients there is a number of investors who are interested in Joint Enterprise creating (in Ukraine ) together with foreign partners in the sphere of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) production on the following conditions:

The investment amount goes from 1,000,000$;

The Ukrainian Partner provides his part in the property of the Joint Enterprise with productional premises, expenditures on the business organization, finance etc.;

The Foreign Partner provides his part in the property with the means of production (production lines etc.), the know-how, the money resources etc;

The Foreign Partner also has to give contracts on the production not less than 20% of the potential production capacity.
